For your convenience, you can access your Certificate of Liability Insurance anytime through our secure self-service portal.

Simply click the link sent you via email from our office, log in using your email address:

 

Once logged in, you can:

• View and download your Certificate of Liability Insurance.

• Email certificates directly to certificate holders.

• Generate certificates for existing certificate holders.

• Add new certificate holders as needed.

Please note that each time you download or email a certificate through the portal, the activity is automatically documented in your account for record-keeping purposes.

If you need assistance, please review the step-by-step instructions here:

1. Launch the link provided by your agent.

   If you have multiple Certificates of Liability Insurance, you can access all of them from the same link.

2. Enter your email address in the Email Address on File field.

3. Optional: Check Stay logged in for 24 hours to temporarily save credentials for quick access.

4. Click the Sign-in button.

   A verification code is emailed to you from noreply@getmycerts.com.

5. Check your email Inbox for the verification code, and then copy it into the Verification Code field.

   If you do not see the verification code, check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see the code after 5 minutes, click Resend Verification Code.

6. Copy the Verification Code from the email into the field provided, and then click Enter.

7. Click Submit.
